  • Setting yourself apart from others.
  • Upon completion you receive a certificate which you can proudly display in your office. You will also receive a specialist designation which can be used after your name and promoted on your website and other promotional materials.

Yes, the program is 100% online. You will never have to go into a classroom or go to a campus to complete assignments or course exams.

Do I need any special software to take these classes online?

Most standard home computers are equipped with everything you need to take your classes online. You simply need access to the Web, an active email account, Adobe Reader, Internet Explorer or Firefox, and some sort of word processing program on your computer (e.g. Microsoft Word) to complete the course work.

How long is the Program?

Programs are of varying lengths and can take between three and four months to complete.

How do I get started?

You will be asked to complete the online application and pay the $100 CDN application fee using a credit card. Once this initial step is complete, e-Academy will send you further instructions in an email.

How do I submit my admission documents to e-Academy?

Most documents can be submitted by email. Simply scan the required documents and submit them via email to e-academy@csic-scci.ca.

When do classes start?

Specialist programs begin almost every month, so now is the best time to start.

How much do the programs cost and are there any financial aid options?

Each specialist program costs $3,900 + $100 application fee + applicable taxes. Currently, there are no financial aid options available.

The fees can be paid in three (3) installments over the duration of the programs as follows:

  1. The initial installment due before the commencement of the first module
  2. The second installment due before the commencement of the second module (or the third module if you are taking the Inland Immigration Law Specialist course or the Overseas Immigration Law Specialist course)
  3. The final installment due before the commencement of the third module (or the fourth module if you are taking the Inland Immigration Law Specialist course or the Overseas Immigration Law Specialist course).

CSIC e-Academy has extended a 25% discount to members of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) or Fellows of the Canadian Migration Institute (CMI).

How much time do I have to dedicate to my classes?

You choose the days and times that work best for you. A typical student will log in for about an hour or two a day.

How can I be assured that I will have personalized attention?

Our class sizes average 15 to 20 students, which means that you’ll have that much more individual attention from your instructors and your classmates.

What do I receive upon completion of a Specialist Program?

Students who have successfully completed a Specialist Program will receive a certificate of completion which they can proudly display. They will also receive a specialist designation which they can use after their name and promote on their websites and other promotional materials.
